How to use

Toner Wash
After cleansing, pour a capful of toner and mix with water in the ratio of 2:8.
Splash over the face with the mixture.

Bubble Toner
Fill in the bubble pump with the Hydro Mega Bubble Toner. Pump 1-2 times onto
a cotton pad, wipe across the face along skin texture. Repeat the above step and
apply to areas where dead skin cells are found, such as nose and cheek. Pat light
for better absorption. Repeat 7 times to complete the 7 Skin Method if necessary.
