Term and Condition

Dear customer : We offer 1 to 1 exchange with manufacturing defect from the day of received within 7 days,count down starts from the date u received the item.

Please call us for the stock available before drop by at our office/warehouse for exchange, and the items have to be in original packing with the QOO10 Receipt.

Any Repair/exchange servicing customer need to bring down to our service centre.
