<br />How to Use:
<br />1.APP Download:Search “Mistep” in your App store or Scan the QR Code to download and install it.
<br />2.Bluetooth Connection:Turn on the bluetooth function of your cellphone, then open the “Mistep” APP, then put the smart band near your cellphone and connect the smart band with your cellphone via the “Mistep”.  After connected, you can sync sports data on your phone.
<br />3.Time format: please kindly note that the smart band’s time format is the same with your cell phone.
<br />4.Heart rate Monitor: You need to tape the smart band to the heart rate interface, long press the touch key heart rate function button until green light occurs on the back of the smart band, then you can measure your heart rate. If this still not work, please recovery the smart band’s Factory settings.
<br />5.Sleep Monitor: When you wear the smart band to sleep, the smart band will monitor your sleep condition automatically and it will assess your sleep quality according to your little turning.
