This NAD+ product has gotten a good deal of attention and the research suggests the possibility of significant results. Since I have been taking it I do feel a very subtle difference in my experience, primarily just a general sense of being "lighter", not quite as heavy, a little less sluggish, and I find I have just a bit more energy heading later in the day than before - that said, however, my own belief in this product may also be creating something of a placebo effect, so I can't state categorically if the effect is due to the compound, or to my belief in it. Either way, right now, I'm happy with the product and encouraged by the research. As far as this particular brand is concerned, it is far less dear than those more heavily out there in the wake of this latest health fad AND Walmart is cheaper still. I am already in pretty good shape for a fifty-two year old (most people think late thirties/early forties) and this is part of my regimen including exercise and diet of course.
