Nantucket Spider natural, DEET free insect repellent for Dogs is specially formulated to repel mosquitos, ticks, fleas and biting flies, including blackflies, deer flies, horseflies. Our repellent does not contain "citrusy" oils that dogs dislike, instead it contains thyme oil to repel fleas and a blend of other effective essential oils, including rosemary, peppermint, cedarwood, and geranium. Our products spray on light and never greasy. After an initial pungent scent (that's the thyme oil), Nantucket Spider for dogs quickly mellows into an earthy, pleasant, cedar scent that will not annoy your dog. For use as a tick repellent, be sure to cover paws, legs and underside thoroughly. (Don't spray directly on snout or in eyes.) Unlike a finger pump applicator that dribbles or squirts, our handy triggers sprayer emits a light mist that allows excellent coverage with product. No essential oil products, including ours, should ever be used on cats but all of our products are safe for use on horses. The product includes soybean oil and a blend of essential oils including thyme oil (for fleas), rose geranium, rosemary, cedarwood and peppermint. The product does not contain citrus oils that many dogs don't like.
