PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 serving (1 scoop) mixed with 8-10 oz. of cold water. For optimal use, take between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts or immediately after workouts. Ingredients may settle. Prior to each use, shake container vigoursly to ensure evenly dispersed beads. Please read the entire label before use.
