wash and dry feet.

1. Apply foot mask sheet onto feet and wear foorsies.
Secure footsies with adgesive tape ant the ankles.

2. Massage feet while appying pressure to acupoints.
Leave on for 15~20 minutes for feet to absorb solution before removing footsies.
Rub feet ro allow solution to absorb into skin.
