As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of AMINO-GRO in 6-10oz of cold water. Consume 1-3 servings per day depending on your training goals. AMINO-GRO can be used throughout the day or fore a pre-workout/intra-workout boost. AMINO-GRO can be used on its own or in combination with other iSatori supplements.
