The S-Biner
It is a double gated carabiner so it work like two carabiners stuck together. For normal carabiners, everything is attached within the same loop or attachment area. If you try to remove the carabiner from your bag, you might drop some items if you are not careful or it might be a bit hard to unhook the carabiner if there are too many things attached. The S-Biner has two attachment areas, which means that when you unhook it from your bag, the items in the other attachment area remain securely attached.
