For exchanges and returns:

as item is ship from china to singapore. you will have to send the item back to china from us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.

hence, strongly advice customer to measure the size before any purchase is make to avoid unsuitable items &

sizes. (please allow 3-5CM error)

Delivery time frame(Tracking number be provided)

1)after payment made, item will be ship, land transfer of parcel to air mail delivery will takes 3- 7 days.

2)once item is shipped thru air mail, delivery takes 3 to 14 days..

(tracking number be updated to account once parcel reached singapore)

customers can track parcel from q0010 order status account or contact delivery company .

please note that delivery of item usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. depending on singapore custom clearance and delivery

company.
