Q1: Are your items authentic? Why are they priced cheaper than in retail shops?
Ans: The main source of our brushes come from one single manufacturer, for easy quality control and monitoring. The manufacturer is a major ODM (Original Design Manufactuer) which takes order from many established cosmetic companies to make their makeup brushes. Their main clients are: Hourglass, Live Beautifully, Mac and Tarte. Occassionally, they also produce for other clients like Saphora if the latter needs to fulfill a popular-selling model urgently. It is common to manufacture "extras" for orders in the manufacturing industry, as a percentage of the products will be filtered out in the various steps along the process. It's therefoe common for manufacturers to be left with extra products from the same batch after fulfilling the batch order. These are known as "overplus goods" - with the exact same specifications/quality as those that made it into big brands' warehouse. In order to clear inventory/free up capital, manufacturers will sell these products at a fraction of what they are worth.

Q2: There is no logo on my brushes, how can I tell they are real?
Ans: We do not claim to sell branded brushes, we are not authorized to do so and doing so will mean we are infringing on trademark laws. We are claiming that the quality of the brushes are comparable to the branded brushes because they are manufactured by the same manufacturer that supplies to the big brands. The prices of our brushes are justified by their quality, premium materials used.

Q3: I am not happy with the brushes, can I return them?
Ans: Yes! If your items are faulty/damaged, please contact us for replacement at no additional postage/cost. If you are not happy with our brushes, please post your order back to 61 Mount Sinai Drive, #07-05. Once items are received in resalable condition, we will refund you your payment through whatever means it was received in (Qoo10 is refunded through Q credits). However, we will deduct the shipping costs according as this has already been incurred by us.
