Q: How secure is the headset in my ear?

A: For normal usage, you can simply plug in headset without the ear hook which will be secured enough. When you utilise the ear hook, the headset is so secured that no matter how hard you run, dance or jump around, the headset does not even move a bit from your ear.

Q: What language is the user's manual in?

A: Both English and Chinese versions are available.
