How to connect the neckloop?

• There are two plugs on the connector ( microphone parts).
• One of them connects to neckloop
• The other plug connects to your mobile (the default 3.5mm jack is for Nokia, use the phone adapter to fit iphone or Samsung, or other android phones, )
• Install 2pcs 9v batteries (not included in the package).

How to wear the earpiece?
• Clean your ear(s) thoroughly right before use, it is important.
• Wear the neckloop around your neck
• Put your head parallel to the ground. Your ear faces to sky. Use the Red tube to put the earpiece into your ear. Let it fall into your canal. You will hear a sound and it is in your deep canal. If not, take it out and try again.
• Slowly turn up the volume, and it is working

How to take the earpiece out?
By using the magnetic stick to take out from ear which is included in the package

The volume is low/ I can\'t hear anything, why?
• Please make sure that you wear the earpiece correctly. The earpiece should be placed in your Deep Canal close to ear drum, or you will hear no sound or low sound. (Tube tool will make the earpiece into the deep canal easier!!!)
• Please make sure that output volume of your cell phone/device is normal.
• Wearing one earpiece is enough to get clear sound. If needed, wearing two earpieces in two ears to improve
