Fermented with the pure longan flower honey from our bee farm.

It took almost a year for it to turn from honey into wine, then vinegar.

This is the perfect combination of honey and vinegar, the great taste from the nature!

 

 

The first batch of aged honey vinegar was fermented in 2004 to celebrate the birth of the first daughter.

When the daughter turns 18, the aged honey vinegar will be given to the daughter as a precious grown up gift,

this also represents as a dowry of a bride in the chinese tradition.

Now the little girl starts to attend school, and she always says she would like to stay with Daddy and Mommy forever....... Now,we shared the joy with you, the endless aftertaste of the aged vinegar .......

 

Ingredients: Pure Honey (No added sugar)

Capacity: 500ml

 

Directions: Mix with salad or dilute with water .

Please consume vinegar after meal to protect your stomach

Vinegar is not suitable for people with gastric problems.

 

Storage: Keep in the fridge after opening (No preservatives)
