What we want to deliver is;

Low price does not mean poor nor low quality! Without physical stores, prices are naturally lower as our products are sourced directly from factories with no middlemen involved. In fact, quality is the same!

We assured that all items are being tested before mailing out. However, there are times when electronic products may fail even we did tested. Therefore, we offer 7 days, 1 to 1 exchange program, starts from 3 days after posted. Provided that item is faulty not working only as we do not assured quality, so does phone manufactures.

Feedback from some unsure situation
 Kindly take note that, Xiao Mi phone had a function which regulates charge after 80%. In some case, phone may not even hit 100%. There are some batteries, which charged up to 84-86% and slow depletion at 40-60%. In another word, it is the total run length that counts and not the percentage.
