1. Mail via Singpost normal mail has a higher chance of getting lost or delayed.
  We will not be liable and will not compensate for lost or delayed mail caused by Singpost.
2. For return/exchange of items, buyer to bear all shipping and handling charges incurred
3. No return/exchange of items is allowed unless:
  - Major manufacturer defects
  - Wrong item sent
4. Kindly notify us for all the exchange request via email ( funland_q10@yahoo.com.sg ) within 3 days
   upon received the product; clearly stating your order details(Cart/order No.) ,together with the image
   of the defective item.
5. We reserved the rights to rejected any exchange or replacement if bad reviews/comments for the order have been made.

- Delivery Time: Usually within 3~7 working days, but occasionally could be delayed up to 4 weeks.
- Delivered to: Letterbox/Mailbox.
- Tracking Number: No (we will not able to trace if lost by Singpost).
- We will not responsible for any parcel that is damaged or lost in transit.
- We strongly recommend customers to use Qxpress Service.


2) Qxpress


- Delivery Time: Usually within 2~5 working days
- Delivered to: Doorstep
- Delivery Hours: Weekdays & Saturday, 9am-8pm
- Tracking Number: Yes
