Arrived in a timely manner (site to store). However, when we went to use it on the computer, the secret code on the inside tag did not work (was already used). Ganz customer service did get back to us the next day and verified a problem with the code. We are now waiting a review of our claim. Even though it's one of the older Webkinz, I still love it, everybody should! :) Mine is a boy and his name is Hersheys. (name tip) It comes with a Horse Show Victory Photo and his special food is the Horse's D'oeuvres. I got this a while ago. But I love him.
