This wood plyo box is built sturdy, and perfect for plyometric training! The predrilled holes and puzzle joints make this plyo box easy to assemble and very strong. Perfect for all sorts of plyometric box exercises, whether you're doing box jumps, step ups, box squats, or negative jumps, it'll do the job. Exacting Fit and Construction Our 3-in-1 plyometric boxes are made of construction-grade 3/4" plywood and measures 30" x 24" x 20" and 12" x 14" x 16". CNC machined for a perfect fit every time. The edges are eased to minimize scrapes on missed jumps and to avoid chipping. Tight interlocking joints and a reinforced internal structure on the large box maximizes the strength of the box and reduces the number of screws needed to assemble.

- Large box weighs 50 lbs - Small Box Weighs 19 lbs

Easy Plyometric Box Assembly

- Puzzle plyo box construction maximizes strength at any height
- Pre-drilled holes and includes all needed screws for easy assembly
- Wood glue at the screws is recommended for added strength, but not necessary
- The box ships unassembled to save on shipping costs
- Approx construction time is 20 minutes with a power screwdriver, 30 minutes with just a regular Philips head screwdriver
