Description:
Petunia is originated from South American.
This popular flower of the same name derived its epithetfrom the French，
which took the word petun， meaning "tobacco" from a Tupi–
Guarani language. It&rsquo is also known as P. Hybrida，an annual popular garden flower.
Petunias can be cultivated in hanging baskets，tolerates relatively harsh conditions ，
and hot climates and will grow well in low humidity，moist soil.
They need at least five hours of sunlight every day，and in drier regions，the plants should be watered daily.
It&rsquo is maximum growth occurs in late spring.
Applying fertilizers once a month will help the plant grow quickly.
