Jarrow Formulas CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) a unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meat and dairy products Jarrow Formulas CLA is derived from safflower oil. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle).

Suggested Use
Take 1 softgel 3 to 4 times per day with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients
Mixed tocopherols. Softgel consists of gelatin glycerin water and natural caramel color (added as a light barrier).
