Delivery method:

Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost or SignPost Registered Mail.

Processing time:

Order will be mailed out via SingPost within 1-3 working day after payment confirmed. (working days exclude public holiday & sunday)
All goods will be sent out on the day of order if order is made before 7pm.

Normal Mail:

Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly via Singpost. In the case of large parcel which may not fit into the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is undelivered (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

Thus no refund will be provided if normal mail lost during delivery.
