ATURAN MINUM
1. Seduh 1 sendok teh TEH BUNDA ke dalam 200 mL air panas mendidih.
2. Diamkan selama minimal 15 menit sd maksimal 2 jam. Makin lama makin pekat dan bagus. Namun, disajikan hangat lebih nikmat.
3. Bisa disaring bisa tidak, dg catatan ampas jgn diminum.
4. Tambahkan gula atau madu.
5. Tidak boleh ditambah susu.
6. Bisa diminum sebelum atau sesudah makan. Sehari 3x atau sesuai kebutuhan.
7. Teh bunda bisa dihemat dg menyeduh 1 sdt TEH BUNDA ke dalam 400-600 mL air panas mendidih, untuk 2-3x minum. Harus didiamkan 2 jam agar matang maksimal karena air banyak. Bisa disimpan di kulkas maksimal sehari.
8. Jika mengkonsumsi booster asi lain atau obat mohon jeda minimal 2 jam.
9. Tidak dianjurkan untuk dikonsumsi bersama booster asi berbahan utama FENUGREEK. Kelebihan fenugreek tidak baik,bbisa diare.
10. Kurangi dosis atau Hentikan pemakaian jika terjadi diare, atau jantung berdebar. Beda busui beda efek. Hormon tiap busui berbeda. Harus rajin minum.

DRINKING RULES
1. Brewed 1 teaspoon of TEA BUNDA into 200 mL boiling hot water.
2. Let stand for at least 15 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. The longer it gets thicker and better. However, served warm more deliciously.

4. Add sugar or honey.
