Simple operation manual network cameras
1, connect to power, make sure you hear the "ding" sound from the camera;
2, open "keye" app, choose "add camera";
3, choose "wireless installation";
4, make sure your phone is connected with non-5G WiFi, (if your phone is connected with 5G WiFi, go to phone setting to change it to 2.4G or non-5G WiFi).
5, click "yes" for "do you hear sound from camara";
6, there is a sound from your phone while connecting, make sure the volume is turn up, some of Android phone may not have sound, you may need to change to other version Android phone or iPhone, (you can still use the phone to view after installation, refer to step 9.)
7, when the camera is connected, there is a confirmation sound. make sure the UID is match and enter the password.
8, tap the camera to view.
9, for those phone did not have sound during the wireless installation, you can still add the camera using scan QR code after the camera is connected with WiFi.

Note：1.Before click the setting button, please turn the phone volume up to the maximum, and put the phone close to the camera.
2.As shown in figure 2, if the SSID is empty, that mobile phone not connected router WIFI, please put the phone to connect to the wireless router WIFI.
3.If the phone connection is 5 GHZ frequency band, the camera is not able to connect to WIFI configuration; You need to switch phone wifi connection to 2.4 GHZ frequencies, then camera can be connected;
