Apply a layer of Mannequin Hands CC Creme Base Coat over clean nails.Next, apply two coats of nail lacquer, leaving time in between coats to dry.Finish with a coat of Lacquer Locker Topcoat or, for a Matte finish, apply instead a coat of Matte Finish Topcoat over nail color.
