Postage

• Items are non-refundable as all items are checked thoroughly before shipping/selling.
• We are not responsible for damage to item(s) during shipping but we will make sure that your item(s) are packed carefully to avoid any damage.
• We are not responsible for missing item(s) via postage.

Return Policy

• As we check all our products before shipping them to you, you should receive them in perfect condition.
• Please contact us if we have sent the wrong item to you.
• You should report the problem to us within 3 days after receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when we receive it.
• We will then examine the product and ship the correct item back to you with no additional cost.
• We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee but you will have to pay the shipping fee from you to Thetinycloset.
• If we discover nothing wrong with the item, we will ship the product back to you. You will then be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
• We offer full refunds on any item found to be damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot apply for refund.
