Curcumin is one of the most researched and used ingredients for general wellness support. It has a wide array of uses and its customers are taking it for many different reasons. We wanted to supply our customers with what we believe is the best curcumin available, the patented Curcumin C3 Complex with 95% Curcuminoids. Additionally there is 1 mg patented Bioperine per capsule for bioavailability support. The amount of curcumin you need per day will greatly depend on your specific use. As a reference, unbiased studies show a minimum of 3.6 grams per day is needed in order for curcumin to be detected outside of the gut. These studies however were not done on a curcumin supplement containing Bioperine.

Directions
Take 3-5 capsules daily.

Warnings
This product is intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. It is designed for individuals interested in bodybuilding who generally do not have health problems. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this product. Consult with a licensed physician before using this product, especially if you are taking any prescription, over the counter medication, dietary supplement product, or if you have any preexisting medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, high or low cholesterol, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO-B inhibitor or any other medication. Do not take this product if you have been diagnosed with prostate disease, testicular disease or breast disease. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior o surgery. Discontinue use and immediately consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving.
