Defects - Defect items which have not been tampered with or damaged by negligent use
will be exchanged for the same item. (Kindly note that Item(s) has to be unwash, unworn)
However, if the item is no longer available, buyers are allowed to pick other design of the same value. (**addtional cost for designs with higher value)
Wrong item - If a wrong item is sent to you by mistake, we will resend the correct order to you.
Changing of Size - Buyers are allowed to change size for the same design only.
Kindly inform us within 7 days if an exchange or return for the above reasons is required and return the item to us in its original packaging.
We must receive your item first before we re-send a replacement.
