Ramen noodles are Japanese-style nest shaped noodles which unfold on cooking. These are often served with miso soup - a nutritious live fermented food made form soybeans. According to the Japanese a bowl of miso each day promotes health, youthfulness and longevity! King Soba organic chili miso ramen is a tangy mix of brown rice noodles in miso soup with green onions and chili. Simple and quick to prepare-one packet makes a large, wholesome bowl of noodles.

Directions
To Prepare: Bring 2 cups (500m./1/2 litre) water to the boil. Add the noodles. When the noodles have unfolded (about 1 minute) stir with a fork, reduce heat and add the contents of the flavour sachet. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the noodles are just soft. Pour the noodle mix into a deep soup bowl. Enjoy!Free OfGluten, wheat.
