Hence would like to clarify following facts:

1) Due to the slim design of both front and back covers, at time you may experience that when you flip the front cover flatly & horizontally all the way to the back, it may trigger auto sleep feature of the iPad device. 

Do NOT be alarmed.  This is the way magnet works, it can pass through plastic.

To overcome this:  leave a little gap between the front and back covers. Or simply fold the front cover along the folding line ... as it has been designed for.

 

2) The "Crazy Horse" pattern is nice with unique striking color.   When it is brand new, the front cover flap may apprear stiff, inflexible and difficult to fold.  Some customers feedback the magnet is weak.   It is more the stiffness of the skin against the magnetic strength.     This is NORMAL,  as it is brand new.   Love this cover, after using it for awhile, it will soften.

 

3) The "Square Grain" pattern is a little more flexible than the "Crazy Horse" pattern.   So please choose the one that you can manage.

 

4) Due to the "Y" folding pattern on the front cover, and magnetic strip are located at the top and bottom corners, when you tilt / hold the cover up side down, it will appear "droopy" ... as the magnetic force is made to work against the force of gravity.   

This is NORMAL and it is how science should work.
