* DIRECTIONS TO USE Step 1. Shampoo and dry the hair throughly. Step 2. Divide the area thinly where you want to have wave volume and apply the Wave PERM SOLUTION (No.1) on the area. Step 3 Wind the waves with the end paper and any available device at home (or Perm Sticks) and instantly fix them with 2~3 drops of CURL FIXER. The waves are fixed and remove the devices. ** The size of finished wave is twice than the actual thickness of the winding tools. Step.4 Put on plastic hair cap included and leave 40 minutes for healthy hair and 30 minutes for damaged hair. (Drying with hair dryer reduces the elapse time) Step 5 Apply the NEUTRALIZER(No.2) and leave about 10 minutes Step 6 Unwind the rolled waves downwards to the bottom of the hair with fingers and rinse in the luke warm water.
