Total Cooking Time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 tbsp Spectrum® Canola oil 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined (or try with chicken, scallops or mussels) 1 Imagine™ Louisiana Creole Culinary Simmer Sauce pouch Cooking Directions:
Heat oil skillet over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking.
Sear shrimp for 3 minutes (approx 1½ minutes on each side) until lightly browned.
Reduce to medium heat. Pour in Culinary Simmer Sauce and stir gently. Allow to simmer until beef is fully cooked (approx 3-5 minutes).Serves about 4-5 people.
