VEGETABLES THAT CAN BE SPIRALIZED: Vegetables that are longer than they are wide and relatively straight and firm are best. These vegetables are ideal for spiralizing:- Zucchini
- Yellow Squash
- Carrots
- Daikon Radishes
- Broccoli Stems
- Parsnips
- Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoes
SPIRALIZING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the ends and tips off of any small, straight and firm vegetable and, if necessary, peel it.
- Attach one end of the vegetable to the safety cap. Press and twist the vegetable firmly into the spiralizer repeatedly to create noodles.
- Continue to twist the vegetable into the spiralizer until it has been completely spiralized.
- Cook the vegetable noodles by pan frying or boiling them until tender. You may also eat them raw.
SPIRALIZER CARE: Clean the spiralizer with warm, soapy water. Use the included brush to clean the blade. Hand wash only! A dishwasher may dull and rust the blades. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
