Handling & Shipping

  2. No refunds, we will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory.
  3. All items will be arranged to be shipped as soon as your items reach our office. Your package will be shipped to the eBay address you provided, so please make sure the address is correct.
    • Our items come from Seoul, Korea by EMS Courier Services (plane) and it takes about 2-3 days to reach our office. Then we pack all the items that you ordered and send it to you through International Air Mail. It can take between 7-21 business days to reach your destination. Sometimes the shipping is faster and could arrive at your destination in less than a week. 

      -How fast your order is delivered depends on whether your items are in stock, if it’s on a holiday, and other factors. Factors such as custom issues or if you gave us a wrong address to deliver the item. Our staff will be giving out notifications if anything is delayed with your shipment. 

      -If your items are not in stock, our staffs will notify you via email or phone to refund your money. 

      -If your order is returned to Styleismine due to incorrect shipping address or because you were unavailable to claim the package, then StyleisMine will contact you via email to arrange for reshipment. Reshipping items will acquire reshipment fees.

      -If you were eligible for free shipping and your package was returned to StyleisMine, reshipment fee will be applied regardless. 

      Import Tax: 
      Whether the package is arriving in United States, Canada, or any other place, if the country you’re residing at charges import duty, then you will have to pay for it. In order to levy import duty, styleismine will mark the package as “gift” if the total amount is less than USD $150.
