How to install the protective case?

STEP1:Hold both sides of the front cover and align to the back cover.

STEP2: Use thumb and index finger to clasp firmly in place.
 

STEP3: Tamp down from beginning to end again.

STEP4: Put the protective covers face down on a flat solid desktop, and then press it again to four weeks.

Press the shell around four sides after leave on a flat solid desktop and put the protective cover face down.

Please do remember to fasten the front and back cover near the charging port.

STEP5: Apply to moderate pressure in the middle of the back cover to make sure that all internal structures have been sealed.

Check the protective shell carefully to confirm edge sealing parts have been closed, leaving only one fine dividing line between the front and rear covers.

STEP6: Close the charging port’ cover.

STEP7: You can close headphone port via tighten the headphone port’s cap from the headphone jack.


How to disassemble the shell?

Open the protective cover, Please follow the operation instruction to process carefully, because the shell made be very precise and do not open frequently. 

STEP1: Open the charging port.

STEP2: There is a small slot in the left side of the charging port, which can be used for opening the protective cover.
Use a coin to separate the front and back cover from the slot carefully.

STEP3:Dismantle from the bottom and separate the front and back cover completely.

Notice: please keep flat to open the back cover and do not process like scrabble banana peel, which will cause the deformation and damage the protective shell.

STEP4:Please make sure you process from bottom and operate from top of the shell lightly till last step, which helps to keep your finger on the inside back cover without causing bending.

Do a waterproof Test(The most important step)

The test can check your installation method correct or not, whether it can achieve the effect of waterproof. Then you will have more confidence to put your phone inside.

1.Install the protective case without phone in the right way( Please follow the install  step ),close the charging port and headphone port.

2.Find a container which can cover mobile phone like the kitchen pool.

3.Fill the water pool up to at least half.

4.Put the case into the water and suppress it to sink with not too heavy stuff.

There is some bubbles from the earpiece cover will ran out from the waterproof membrane.

5.Let the phone sets soak into the water for one hour

6.Take the case out of the water.

7.Drying water from the case and check the internal from screen.

There is no drop inside. Perhaps there will appear the condensed liquid if the big difference between the test water and temperature inside.
It will be identified to pass the test if the case is dry.
Open the case if the test fail (Please follow the disassemble  step). Reassemble the case and test again.

1.Who need the protective shell?

2.Does the case can be really waterproof?

The case can be used underwater and has excellent protection for an variety of unexpected flooding because the case made by meticulous precision technology.

Its 2 meters we tested on the smooth concrete, but we cannot promise all the impact situation.

4.How do we hear the sound when the speaker is covered?

The protective shell will became a resonator because the sound is assigned to entire protective shell. But the sound will be smaller than the original. Using special headphone will be no effect.

5.Should we need to take out of the iphone from protective shell after charging it?

No need. The protective shell has one port and can be opened for charging directly.

6.Does the charging port will be caused excessive after repeated use?

For the test, the port can be used over 10000 times, as you open and close 3 times every day in 10 years.
