Please Read Before Use	Once inserted into the mobile device, the SIM card will be activated. You can activate the SIM in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan. You will receive a 11-digit phone number enabled SIM card (Phone number can only be used to check the data amount and cannot be used for calls) The SIM card is valid for 30 days upon activation. For Internet settings, please refer to the instructions on the packaging. Please retain the outer part of the SIM card for recharge and enquiry. For checking data usage and validity period, please log in http://service.cugstore.com/ and fill in your 11-digit phone number/19-digit SIM card number and PUK.

1) To recharge, please visit www.cugstore.com/tp via the browser of your device.

2) To recharge, please enter 19-digit number shown on the outer part of the SIM card.

3) Top up via Visa / MasterCard / PayPal /UnionPay (settlement currency is Hong Kong dollar)

Notes:

The SIM is valid for 30 days upon initial activation. Once the SIM validity expires or all data has been consumed, 30 days grace period for recharge will be available. During this period, data services will be suspended and any unused data will be forfeited. Additional Data can be purchased by recharge. If there is no recharge within 30 days, the SIM will no longer be valid.

For each HK$150 is top-upped, an additional 1GB data will be top-upped with a valid period of 30 days.

Value top up via online shop only (top-up voucher is not applicable).

SIM ACTIVATION

Simply connect to the internet to activate the SIM. Please search for the network “UNICOM(3K)” when using in Hong Kong, "3" when using in Macau, and "Chunghwa" when using in Taiwan. “China Unicom” is the defaulted network when using in Mainland China. Please follow the steps below to enable mobile data (also available in userguide inside packaging):

Android

Step 1: Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Step 2: Create New APN > input '3gnet' in Name & APN column > Save

Step 3: Go back > Select '3gnet'

Step 4: Go back > Switch on Data Roaming

iPhone/iPad

Step 1: Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network

Step 2: Input '3gnet' in APN column under Cellular Data

Step 3: Go back > Switch on Data Roaming

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The SIM provides mobile data service in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan only. Voice service is not supported.

Once inserted into the mobile device, the SIM will be activated. You can activate the SIM in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

The SIM is valid for 30 days upon activation.

Once the SIM’s 30 days validity expires, you will be given a grace period to recharge, meanwhile the data service will be suspended. Any unused data will be forfeited.

To purchase a data top-up, please refer to the instructions on the packaging.

Please retain the outer part of the SIM card for recharge and enquiry.

The SIM offers peak download speeds up to 42Mbps. Actual connection speed can vary due to factors such as relative position between you and the base station, download server source, Internet traffic conditions, number of users, device hardware, software and other factors that may arise.
