I feel like I've been using it that long. In that incredible amount of time, this was the best facial cleanser you could use before a shave. It was light and airy; it had little scrubbing beads and not much scent. It helped prep your facial hair for a close shave. In the past couple of years, it became extremely hard to find and has now re-emerged with a "new refreshing feel." The product is now thick and heavy, and smells like a women's lavender facial cleanser that would be used before going to bed... not before shaving. Shaving with this is worse than using any other face wash. It doesn't rinse easily. There is a floral odor after it rinses off, and it feels like there is an oily finish upon washing it off. I liked the clean feeling and scent-free formula from the past. Please return to the former product.Also, there's a weird warning on the back that you can't use this product and go in the sun because of an ingredient. Then it was reformulated. The new product is thick, sticky and moisturizing. My skin is already pretty oily, so this is bad. It actually caused some new acne so I had to stop using it and have asked to return it. However, I'm fed up with the packaging. Once you've used about 75% of the tube, it's hard plastic makes it very difficult to get any more out. You can tell that there's more, but you have to bend and squeeze the tube every which way to get it out. To make it worse, the cap does not just screw off. You have to pry it off which is no easy feat in the shower.
