Arrange food in center of bowl. Try not to block steam vents.
Wash lid, steaming bowl, rice bowl and drip tray in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry all parts.

simply pull out the water drawer and gradually fill with water. Check the viewing window to see water level, and restart the steamer
