PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, take up to 8 weeks before discontinuing for a minimum of 4 weeks. Take only on workout days.
Pre-Workout:
1 Heaping Scoop 30 minutes before workout with 8oz water.

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
