Our Canada Tu Sheng is 100% stone Dry. Wild caught from the wild cold deep underwaters of the North Atlantic Ocean. The maximum water surface temperature does not exceed 14 Celsius due to the prolonged cold weather and during the winter? the surface is frozen for several months. There are no human activities and industries in that region? keeping the waters safe from pollution.
They are harvested once a year due to the limited quota allocated by the Canadian fishery? usually starting in October when sea cucumber muscle weight is at its greatest and ended mid-November.
