A: No. 'Certificate of Posting' is issue only to Normal mail.

Q: By purchasing this "Certificate of Posting" for my order, can I track my package like how it is for Registered mail?

A: No, this certificate only proves that we did mail out your package and it does not serve any tracking purposes.

Q: Why should I purchase a 'Certificate of Posting' for my purchase?

A: This certificate would avoid unnecessary mis-understanding between the customer and miko.house. By purchasing this, you can be very sure (no more doubts!) that miko.house has mailed out your package at Singpost's counter.

Q: I would like to opt for Eurasia Mail. Can I purchase an Certificate of Posting as well?

A: There is no need for Eurasia Mail order to purchase this certificate as tracking number can be viewed from your order status after 2 to 3 days we hand the item to Eurasia.

Q: If I have 2 items in my order, do I need 2 'Certificate of Posting'?

A: No, each order will just need 1, irregardless of how many items in the order.

Q: What will happen if package is lost during mailing process? Will you compensate us?

A: You can make a report lost with Singpost using this certificate as a proof after 7 working days. miko.house will not be responsible for any lost mail compensation.
