All products are shipped from the USA unless stated. Shipment would take approximately 7-9 days from USA. Please allow us to process the orders in 2 days. Items over 400 SGD are applicable to GST from customs.

All items are being checked thoroughly before delivery to ensure quality control. At the same time, buyers are also required to inspect their goods upon arrival. All goods are non-refundable and exchangeable unless defects are present or the wrong items are received. The following are not legitimate reasons for returns or exchanges:

  • A difference in color from the computer screen and actual item
  • Item’s color, design or size is not parallel to buyer’s perception
  • Intentional damage to item for an exchange or refund
  • Slight marks and creases on leather are not considered as defects
