"AMANOTO" became "Junmaizo" which the whole amount is prepared by using pure sake made only without adding any alcohol and sugar in 2011. In the middle of the Yokote Basin, they are making all their sake only with sake rice and water within 5 kilometers from their warehouse. We prepared this sake with our thoughts that we hope you to feel close to pure rice wine Daiginjo. Use 45% polished rice of "Ginnosei". Enjoy both fillingness and sharpness. Value for money.
