We all know that mother’s milk is the best source of nutrition for your baby. But as most of the mothers with young babies here return to their full-time job after maternity leave, they are not able to be readily available to feed their own babies.

With PIGEON Manual Breast Pump, you can maintain successful breastfeeding with ease as the breast pump allows you to express and store milk conveniently. Comes with a Pigeon nursing botttle (160ml) that can be attached to the pump.

Instructions:

Wash, sterilize and assemble the breast pump before milk expression. The pump comes in two modes – Initiation mode and Suction mode.Relax in a comfortable chair, leaning slightly forward (use a cushion to support your back).

 

 1) Place the suction funnel against your breast, making sure that no air can escape. To have better attachment, use another hand to support the bottom of your breast.

 

       2) Initiation mode

       Ensure that the handle is set to the first (top) scale of the *red pin to initiate let-down with gentle suction pressure. Press and release the handle at your own pace repeatedly.

 

3)   3) Suction mode

Once milk has started to flow after a few strokes (or after 1 to 2 seconds), switch to the Suction mode by pressing “PUSH” on top of the handle to push the handle down to the second (bottom) scale of the red pin. Press and release the handle repeatedly to achieve appropriate suction pressure.

4.   4) If you feel the suction pressure has weaken, press and the handle fully.

  The suction pressure can be adjusted with the number of times the handle is pressed. Stop expressing when you feel any pain and discomfort in breast or nipple.
