- Heat up the oil in a pot till 180 degree celcius (slightly smoky)

- Deep fry the Shrimp Paste Chicken till golden fry

2. Cook Using Air Fryer

- Defrost in the chiller

- Set the temperature at 200 degree celcius & cook for 15-20 minutes

- Flip the chicken half way through
