Return and Exchange Policy
Items sold cannot be refunded
Items will be inspected before mailing. Should there be any manufacturer defects, we will provide an exchange.
Exchange will be possible if wrong items were delivered by daytoday co's fault and cost will be born by daytoday co.
The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects:
Minor stains (light colour clothes especially). stains no larger than a ten-cent coin diameter
Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams
Claims that the cutting or design if item is not good or up to expectations
Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange
Other Exchange Exclusions
Size issues - Measurements is subject to max 2-3cm error tolerance, depending on the measuremet method by individual or product batch
Colour Issues - The colours you see on your monitor might be slightly different from the actual colour of goods due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, maker chracteristic and so on
Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigaretter smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and/or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange
White items and promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged
How to Exchange
Email your exchange requests to (daytodayco@gmail.com) only within 1 week from the date of delivery
daytoday co. will reply to your exchange request as soon as possible with more information
Items that are eligible for exchange, customer has to bear full delivery charge, inclusive of registered mail fees (to our address and back)
Exchange items' delivery will only be processed once the incurred charges has been received and confirmed
Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchange will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you
