How to choose size?
Large cup: For all women after childbirth or older than 25 years old.
Small cup: For girls and women before childbirth.
How to Use:
1. Fold your cup using your preferred fold. Sit in a slightly squatting position over the toilet and relax your vaginal muscles. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant if needed.
2. Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the stem is inside. You can use a finger to push the cup further inside and in a comfortable position.
3. To ensure that the cup is open and a seal has formed, grip the base of the cup and gently rotate or move from side to side. Check that the cup is open by sliding your finger up to touch the rim and slide around.
4. The stem should be completely inside your vaginal canal. But every woman's body is different so it may take a few times to find the method that works best for you.
5. Once the cup is full just remove it, empty into the toilet and reinsert for 12 more hours of protection!
Notice:
1. Soak in hot water for about 3 minutes before first time to use, and people without sex life should use it carefully.
