Jeff Stice CEOJeff Stice’s fascination with business began in junior high when his father, James, decided to take a risk.
Leaving the security of employment, he set sails to venture into the entrepreneurial sea of small business ownership. Armed with a passion to supply local products, a small filling machine, and one rotary phone, James pinned a sign on the front door, “Olympic Mountain Products.” When Jeff attended junior high, his mother Marlene would pick him up after school and drive him to dad’s company, where he took product orders, filled and capped bottles by hand, and shipped them too. By the mid-1990's, Jeff’s experience and influence had grown to the point where he began leading the company. While working with Nordstrom to develop fragrance products, he began to see opportunity to create higher-quality fragrance and health & beauty products at prices that were much more competitive than other products in the market. Over the next few years, through hard work, learning, and trial-and-error, the company began to find its niche and flourish. “Since those days we’ve grown tremendously,” says Jeff. “We’ve gone from filling small orders by hand to filling massive orders with multiple factories and distribution sites. It’s a great honor to serve some of the greatest retailers in the world, and our continuing commitment is to create products whose quality stands out and meets the needs of our customers and retail partners.”
