Shipping via Singapore Post Smartpac or Singpost normal mail.

Singpost Smartpac is strongly recommended as it provides for tracking reference and safe delivery. Seller is not responsible for any lost mail if normal mail is selected.

All our goods are carefully inspected, packed properly wrapped prior to delivery.

No exchange or refund for change in design of goods due to hygiene purposes.

Exchange is allowed if the goods is damaged (photo proof to be provided to seller) 

All exchanges will require the buyer to ship back to the seller(in original new unused condition) within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Return postage will be borned by the buyer. Seller will replace a new item upon receiving the damaged goods.
