How is the SleepBelt different? The SleepBelt's design facilitates the smooth transfer of a sleeping baby from your chest to its crib. With no shoulder straps to wriggle out of, you simply stretch and pull the SleepBelt off of your baby. Moms know... you don't want to wake a sleeping baby! SIZING: Postpartum Waist Size = Petite: 24"-37"; Regular: 32"-45"; Long: 41"-54". SIZE NOTE: If you're on the cusp of needing a size up (3"), go with the larger size - remember, it needs to accommodate baby too! To Use: 1. Wrap the SleepBelt snugly around your waist, securing the Velcro panels on your backside 2. With baby resting on your chest, slide the SleepBelt up your torso, stretching it gently to accommodate the baby 3. The SleepBelt should hug the baby's bottom and torso so that the baby cannot slip through the SleepBelt; ensure that the baby's shoulders, neck and head remain uncovered. 4. To remove baby and transfer to crib, simply stretch and slide the SleepBelt down to your waist and off of the baby entirely; supporting the baby's back at all times to prevent falling from the SleepBelt To Wash: Bind Velcro and machine wash cold.
