The Brikka Espresso maker, from Bialetti, has all the features of the original Moka Express but with an extra feature. It contains a special valve which produces rich tasting coffee with the authentic Italian 'crema'. It is made from solid cast aluminium with a black acrylic handle and knob. It should be hand washed in warm soapy water and rinsed clean. This new version of the Brikka has an open top lid which means that there is no longer a need to keep the lid open during the brewing process. The coffee maker is suitable for all hobs except induction and has a capacity of 2 cup/3.0 fl.oz/100ml. It has a height of 15.2cm/6.0in with a base width of 8.6cm/3.4in and is 15.2cm/6.0in long.
